Stay in one of our covered wagons nestled beside our pond on the grounds of Bailiwick Ranch in the Catskills.

This is rustic camping — simple, peaceful, and close to nature.

Each wagon includes:
• 4 bunk beds (sleeps up to 4 guests)
• Private outdoor fire pit
• Picnic table
• Mini grill
• Access to on-site bathrooms

Please Note:
This is a seasonal, rustic experience. There is no heat, electricity, or shower on site. Guests should come prepared for traditional camping-style accommodations.

We currently have 1 wagon site available.

Important Information

• Park admission is not included. Guests are welcome to purchase Animal Park tickets when the park is open.
• Horseback riding and trail rides may be booked separately, based on availability.
• This is a working ranch property. There may be normal farm activity, staff, residents, or occasional evening events on site.
• No pets permitted due to the nature of the animals and farm operations.
• Guests must supervise children at all times.
