Educational Programs at Bailiwick Animal Park

At Bailiwick Animal Park, education is a meaningful part of the guest experience.

We offer engaging, age-appropriate educational talks designed to help visitors better understand animal behavior, care, habitats, and conservation — all within a real, working animal facility.

Programs are available for schools, homeschool groups, camps, scout troops, community organizations, and private groups.

On-Site Educational Talks

Educational talks may be scheduled as an add-on to your park visit.

Talk length options:
• 10–15 minute spotlight talk
• 30–45 minute in-depth session

Topics may include:

• Individual animal stories and personalities
• Species habitats and natural environments
• Diet and daily care routines
• Conservation and wildlife awareness
• Animal adaptations
• Farm vs. exotic animal comparisons
• Responsible animal ownership

Programs can be tailored to age level and group focus.

Educational talks are conducted outdoors within the park and may incorporate enrichment demonstrations when appropriate.

Picnic tables and outdoor lunch areas are available for groups.

Scheduled Keeper Talks (Included with Admission)

Throughout the season, we host scheduled educational keeper talks and enrichment demonstrations.

Talk times will be posted at the park office and shared on our social media pages.

On select special days — such as Earth Day, International Tiger Day, and other featured events — we offer expanded educational programming, including species-focused talks and enrichment sessions.

Off-Site Educational Programs

We are developing limited off-site educational programming featuring select ambassador animals suitable for travel.

Off-site programs are ideal for:

• Libraries
• Camps
• Community events
